The Satanic Temple wants you to be satisfied with your purchase; however, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and custom-made goods, are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
